The worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

Thank you for staying with us! We are sorry you feel that way. We are one of the cheapest in Gatlinburg and our rate reflects that we are in need of an update. We are clean, have good water pressure and try to take care of our people. Maybe try the Margaritaville or the new Embassy Suites. They may not have any smoking rooms or let you smoke on their properties but you will have a nice room.

The lady at the check in wasnt very happy at first cause we were a one nighter. The hotel is very old and def needs updating. We stayed there cause all the other hotels were full and the kids were very tired. My whole demeanor changed when I saw an empty condom pack next to the bed, thats when I couldnt give anymore chances. Sorry but maybe this will help the owners take care more of the property. There is a lot of competition I guess they dont care that much!!
