Its peaceful and within walking distance to the main part of gatlinburg

Disliked it except the people were kinda nice. They tried to help us get another place but could not get my money back right away. Construction was going on and never knew it. No elevator was on second floor and I am disabled. It was a nice in room but could hear everything outside.I wished I would have seen things like no elevator. Or under construction. It sucked.

Staff very helpful and friendly. But property is under construction. I was initially concerned by the outward appearance. It the room was clean and I had no issues during my stay.
