,love this hotel. Rooms have so much space. Bathrooms are spacious and the shower is wonderful

This hotel was absolutely amazing! If you are debatinb between a cabin inthe mountains or being in downtown Gatlinburg, then this place is the place to be if you want easy shopping, dining, and bar/whiskey access. This hotel also has great amenities for both couples and children. Great pool, both indoor and outdoor along with a hot tub. Delicious breakfast options (for a fee), clean & large rooms, amazing bathroom amenities, and wonderful staff is a great highlight! Let's not forget about Andy, the parrot who welcomes you! OMG, everything here just blew our mind for our family!

Fun themed property with very helpful staff. We appreciated having a mini fridge in our room. Beautiful views as well.

Beautiful property, the balcony had the best view of a creek behind the hotel. The staff is super friendly and the cafe has really good food!
