The hotel needs improvements, in my room the hot water was not working and there was no water pressure. On the other hand in the pool there were no towels, my husband and the child had to get out of the pool area wet at 10 pm. Cleanliness was conspicuous by its absence, we saw cockroaches in the kitchen and the vacuum cleaner was quite dirty.
Kitchen and vacuum cleaner was quite dirty. The coffee maker, toaster and blender did not work. The place is very nice but needs improvement.

They could have been a little more organized. There was no one there to help on January 1st.

In the future, we have after hours number for any emergencies that should arise after 5pm or when the office is closed in observance of a holiday. It is posted outside our office near the late arrival boxes and on your welcome sheet near the coffee pot in your unit. We hope to welcome you back to stay again in the future.

A very comfortable place to stay, away from the busyness and chaos of the main road but still close enough that it doesn’t feel isolated.

We enjoyed the property, and I would like to come back for my anniversary the first week in December. Seeing the bear was an experience but everything else was wonderful

My expectations were exceeded in every aspect. The condo was beautiful! The staff members were kind and informative. There was a lot available on site and it was so close to the Gatlinburg strip.
