Enjoyed the hot tub and the rooms were great. We had a chirping smoke detector in one of our rooms, but they switched us to a different room.

I loved the hotel, but thought the cleaning staff as a little rude. Got in the elevator 2 times and we were clearly packed in there and they did not move their carts and there was room. Something small, but effected my rating!!!

Very nice facility, the only issue is the shower door slides open when using the shower.

The room was spacious and the property is beautiful. Far enough away from the Main Street noise and crowds.

Away from the main drag thru Gatlinburg. Pricing reasonable, staff always said hi going in and out.
Quieter the higher your room floor.
