I just love this hotel my 3rd year going an have never had a regret or any problems. Everytime i go it gets better an better just love love loveit!!!

Our stay was rough. Two plugs in didn’t work. A tissue was in the floor by the bed. We could hear a baby crying and foot steps so the room isn’t sound proof. The mattress was outdated. The only positive thing was the bedding was nice. When we told the clerk about the plugs and trash in the floor, their response was “oh ok”.

We had a great time at Greystone lodge and the place was wonderful - clean and updated for the most part. We had a room very convenient to pool and office. I like that they had a restaurant on the facilities...not great food but available and fast.... the only problem we had was parking as we came in late and found no parking and had to use the overflow lot. But not a big deal. Will definitely come back...OH and Loved John who's been there 20years or so... He was great at his job at the front desk...
