First of all, I can’t believe the owners of this home not keeping their property up. Mold in the showers, couch was lumpy and dirty (I was scared to get something), the front door so flimsy a bear could get in or a serial killer. It’s the darkest home I’ve ever been in. No lamps only dim overhead lights. The bottom floor couch was leather, so I didn’t mind sitting on it. Whoever did the decorating has poor taste.
The water pressure was great and the AC/heat was good too.

Great home Not happy with management of Advantstay
Posted 18 Jul 2023 on HotelsThe home we stayed in was great. I didn’t agree with the terms of the contracts. After booking with Hotels.com and paying. I am then contacted by Advantstay that I have 15 more pages of conditions I must agree to including a background check. I refused to agree and sign the forms. They said they would not refund me any of my nearly $2600.00 I had paid through Hotel's.com. Hotels.com even contacted the management of Advantstay only to be told if I did not agree with the additional terms I could not stay at the property and I would not be refunded any of my money. I’m not a lawyer but I know after an agreement is made and sign then paid for you cannot then slap 15 pages of additional contract terms and conditions.

Posted 20 Feb 2023 on HotelsThis cabin had everything you can ask for. A gameroom, 3 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, fireplace and jacuzzi! Such a beautiful stay! My sons who are 6 & 9 didn’t want to leave. A cabin up in the mountains was what we were looking for and it was perfect stay up in the smokies totally recommend!😊
