We here at Jackson Mountain Rentals strive to make every guest's stay as pleasant as possible. I do not see that you reported any issues to our 24/7 Guest Services Team. We have local Property Managers ready to assist with any concerns that are brought to our attention. We have scheduled a walk-through of this property with our team to do a thorough inspection of the property and conditions to have any items addressed with the owner. Our family love this property with its awesome view of the mountains. It also has other amenities that you need. We did not use the pool but it was helpful to have the washer and dryer on site. The only thing we wish was better was the other guests on the upper floor did not stomp around at 1 and 2 am in the morning.

I have been coming to the deer ridge for years and have always had a wonderful stay, but this time was the worst! I don’t like the fact that I have to call a number and order towels or toilet paper to be delivered to the room because the office is closed and every condo is owned by a different company! The shower was wonderful but the beds and couch were horrible! I don’t understand why someone would put beds that are as hard as rocks in a vacation rental! I was hurting every night and even tried to sleep in the floor for relief! People come to a vacation rental to relax! I will not be renting from here anymore which breaks my heart because for years I had great experiences. I hope someone will take what I’m saying into consideration and fix the problem before you lose many unhappy renters!

Could use a little more soundproofing between the floors, other than that, no complaints

Condo was not clean. Leaves all over the floor and dirty spots on carpet.
