Room was roomy but no fire place availability in room as advertised. It was cold in the 40's and would have been nice. The breakfast had few options. Not worth advertising

Great location at the beginning of the town! Everything was close by. Same breakfast to go every day. One night manager was not nice as he would not turn on water fountain to fill a water bottle.

Our stay was mediocre. The rooms were clean but the elevator and other areas around the property could use some TLC and deep cleaning. I was unable to wash my hair during our stay as my hair is down to my butt and thick; unfortunately, the water pressure didn’t support washing hair of that length and thickness. Also, the hot water was almost obsolete! The lack of hot water made for extremely uncomfortable showers. The fire alarm went off when we turned the heat on in our room. Other than that, it was okay. We stayed here for our honeymoon. I wasn’t overly thrilled but ultimately, we only needed somewhere to sleep and shower. The room we had was very spacious, the huge garden jacuzzi tub was really nice however, I wasn’t able to use it due to the hot water issue. My husband used it 1x as it’s more convenient for him since he’s in a wheelchair. He wasn’t able to get his wheelchair into the bathroom though due to the doorway not being wide enough. Thankfully, he adapts well and was able to use the office chair on wheels in the room, transferred to that and then rolled into the bathroom!! Again, it served its purpose but being able to take a hot shower would’ve been nice!! It in on the main strip in downtown Gatlinburg so it was close to dining and shopping.

Rundown, needs to be updated,only one elevator..staff was nice.
