Friendly service, comfortable beds and rooms, and great internet! The only downside was no refunds for the two nights the room wasn't needed when my trip was cut short. I don't remember seeing information about that but I could have missed it.

Stop on way to B uffalo River National Park. Very clean. Staff friendly and pleasant. Good for mid level motel. No breakfast,but McDonald's up the street.

Manager was very nice and helpful. Property is very dated and lower quality amenities. It would be a lot nicer with updated furniture and carpet. Everything smells like cigarette smoke. But price was somewhat cheap, so you get what you pay for.

They wouldn't take responsibility for their workers getting a drywall mixture on my car. They wouldn't fix the scalding hot shower. They claim it wasn't doing it. They don't clean. Exposed hole around smoke detector. Looked like they painted over mold. Found a cigarette on the floor behind the fridge by an ant motel in my non-smoking room. Poor outdoor lighting. Shady characters coming in and out of there. I took off the 2nd night. Went to the Quality Inn in Mtn. Home. I recommend you do the same!

sorry for your inconvenience but mam we told there was no paint spots at your car and if it had problem then we would fixed it and if u had problem with rooms not clean according to your expectation we would change room or fixed it we check shower also and its was working fine we were busy at that time and in motel industry for us all customers are welcomed and had another room also for your workers . so its not the motel with shady people we believe in customer services.

The check in was quick and easy. Because we had pets, they put us in a room with easy access to a walking area behind the hotel. Clean towels and supplies ready everyday. No fuss, just a nice room to base our NorthernnArkansas adventure from.

There was an odd smell in the room. Couldn’t figure out what it was. And, there was a hole in the shower stall that weirded me out a little. The shower faucet handle was hard to adjust. It was either too hot or too cold.
