Room was just ok. Lighting was terrible and no easy access to change phones. Bed was old and uneven, pillows were tiny and lumpy. Not worth the $100 to stay there.

We arrived at the hotel and was told we booked a room through a 3rd party and there wasn’t a room available and to contact Expedia which we tried several times.
The manager told was nothing she could do and to leave, we couldn’t find another room due to something going on for the weekend so we slept in our car in 40 degrees.
Extremely upset.
Being inhospitable myself the hotel should of offered to help us find something

The staff was really friendly. The pet policy is not clear on the website. For the price I expected better.

Window was broken and double-glazing filled with dirt, wifi was so poor as to be unusable.
Check-in was marred by me booking an upgrade through Hotels.com that was rejected but the only evidence of this was a note inconspicuously marked on the booking reference. Incidentally, the room was available :-(

Didn't get to stay we were turned away because of our dog. Said pet friendly but was not .

We are pet friendly but only 5 rms are pet friendly so a pet friendly rm must be reserved which are all double rms consisting of 2 queen beds

I would not have stayed at this property if I had known a few things. The property is located up a steep and winding road. I was driving my motorhome. When I checked in, I was informed I couldn't park on the parking lot. There was less than 15 vehicles on the entire lot. I had to park my motorhome in a gravel lot, that you couldn't even turn around in, and that didn’t have any lighting. I felt very unsafe!
When I went to take a shower, there were hairs on a shelf on the side of the tub where it looked like someone shaved. In the bottom of the tub was long hair.
I was told if I damaged the gravel parking lot I would be charged $250.
They wanted copies of both mine and my husband's driver's licenses - I've never heard of needing both. Check in took too long and they have too many rules that come with charges if you break the rules. And if we asked a question, the answer was, 'that's above my pay grade'.
I definitely won't be staying here again and wouldn't recommend it.
