Great bed, small bathroom
Posted 17 Oct 2024 on HotelsWonderful welcoming staff quickly found the reservation and got us to our room promptly. The room was updated with ample USB connections and great lighting. The bathroom was very small and awkward to use effectively. The space between toilet and sink was too narrow, the tub was only 3 feet long, making a small shower stall. The shampoo dispenser on the wall protruded into the small space and when my partner slipped he hit his head opening a wound on the device!

Moths and loiterers
Posted 11 Oct 2024 on HotelsHow they handled the moth infestation was terrible. If you have any kind of negative experience and don’t speak French, you’re in trouble. Also a bus stop is literally inside the hotel which makes it a hot spot for loitering, and can really make someone feel unsafe.

Wifi didnt work and reception refused to help only after multiple complaints. Tvs also didnt work and reception told us it was a generic problem.

Property is dated, not enough lighting in room. Bathroom needs renovation flooring is lifting. Overall it was a good bed, and clean.
