The bed was too high for my wife to get in. The desk clerk switched our room to one with a low bed. He was very kind and understanding. He was also very personable in giving information about local restaurants, especially the "British" one.

We did not have hot water asked for our room to be moved. The staff was very nice moved us to another room and again no hot water. The pool wasn’t available to use. Breakfast on the weekend was available ran out and barely refilled. Definitely would not recommend this hotel. When I explained the hot water situation the response was really? Nobody else has said anything.

There were dirty wash rags left in the shower and I was particularly upset about my request for assistance in my ada room and when I was asked what I needed after I told him he said there was no one available to help me. Have a good day. Well I won’t because I can’t get downstairs without assistance. After mustering the strength to get downstairs one of the guest in the lobby asked me did I need help I said yes and he helped me and this is while I’m almost in front of the front desk. So sad.
