no refresh on towels and coffee for a 2 night stay.

They very professionally accommodated our tour including a very late arrival and tour buses. Friendly staff and a tasty breakfast in the morning. I've been traveling in the music business for 37 years and THAT is how you do THAT! Cheers!

The bed was too high for my wife to get in. The desk clerk switched our room to one with a low bed. He was very kind and understanding. He was also very personable in giving information about local restaurants, especially the "British" one.

We did not have hot water asked for our room to be moved. The staff was very nice moved us to another room and again no hot water. The pool wasn’t available to use. Breakfast on the weekend was available ran out and barely refilled. Definitely would not recommend this hotel. When I explained the hot water situation the response was really? Nobody else has said anything.
