Right on the beach. Walking distance to pharmacy, essential shops and couple of small restaurants. The staff are so polite and gentle. Rooms are clean. You have to ask them to clean the room everyday, lest you feel the sand as you walk in your rooms. 5 km from Kensington Oval with easy access by taxi. And just a short brisk walk to the Washington House.

There is blue water beach as in the photo. The beach in frontbof the hotel is dirty and muddy. The hotel itself is dirty and old The stuff very rude. I wanted to cancel and replace the hotel, but they did not let me without paying high cancelation fee. Nothing is as in the pictures.

Great location. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful with the exception of the front desk. Had issues with the room key, communication was very poor, had a long wait just for someone to open a door is unacceptable. It's the attitude above it all that gets me. The AC in the room did not work well and leaking each day. The bathtub drainage is also poor. Overall the best part of hotel is the beach.
