I found bugs on the floor and some in the bathroom

Next door visiter or guest at 2 am with car alarm going off….woke us up, questioning what was going on…

My room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. There was a piece of floor missing that I tripped over every time I used the bathroom. The air conditioning was either freezing or non existent no matter what I set the thermostat at. There were stains in n the bed cover.
I will never go there again

The computer was broken so the were no room keys, had to go to the front desk to get the manager to open the room, the "chair" in my room had a duct tape seat cusion. The bed spread had a quarter size hole in it. Had I not already paid for the room, I would have found anothe place to stay.
