They don’t clean the room, very small for the price, location good

Staff is friendly and can also speak english. Property and rooms are always very clean. Food options are ok but drink options are great. Shops and restaurants are within a few minutes walk. Always a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!

Was a perfect location in regards to bus and train station, many choices of restaurants and Zugspitze. Hotel was beautiful and offered a wonderful breakfast which was included. The pool area was exquisite and included saunas, spa services. We were there in late August and the hotel did not have AC so we were a liitle bit warm in our room, however they provided a fan that helped. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel.

Spa facilities are excellent. Modern hotel. Clean rooms. Excellent breakfast. Basic rooms with nothing fancy. No fridge or safe.
