"The hotel staff was nice and solved the reservation problem immediately by giving us hotel room for one day until the booking was confirmed by Orbitz. Next day we were transferred to the Hotel apart complex which is next to the Hotel. The rooms were not 4*. The furniture and the toilet were old. They give us two additional electric heating fans because the room was very cold, but this again was not enough to heat the room. No daily cleaning of the rooms. "

"Clean and tidy, great location, great host. Right next to Euphoria night club was the downside, loud music until around 2:30 am each night and typical drunk yelling and screaming. Uncomfortable pillows"

"Great place for relaxing. Good food in the restaurant. Seeing a fox was a bonus. Comfortable bed, very clean apartment and courteous staff. Highly recommended."

"I stay in a one bed apartment and was thankful for the air-conditioning as it was hot outside. Plenty of room for one person and there was a view of the mountain from the windows. I had to buy some microwave cookware as there was no specific items of that kind in the apartment but that was the only thing that let the place down. "

"The property was tired and needed a refurbishment. Certain essentials were missing or did nor work. The oven knob was not turning the operating spindle to which it should have been attached,and the Micro Wave turn table didn't turn. Tthere were no plugs in the bath nor the Sink out let and the crockerty was sparse, I would say to summer visitors stay away if you are expecting air con. I had to go out and buy a fan. Other essentials were also missing. No bottle opener, not enough...

The room (alpine suite) was spacious and clean with an amazing bathroom with its own whirlpool bath and sauna. The spa was great but a bit disappointing that some facilities were not operating due to a technical fault but at least we had a personal sauna in our room. "Absolutely fantastic hotel located right next to the Bansko gondola. The staff are attentive, friendly and go out of their way to make your stay amazing. The buffet breakfast was incredible, one of the biggest selections I've ever seen - all fresh and well stocked even towards the end of breakfast service. If you are heading to Bansko then this hotel comes highly recommended. "

"Outside pool water very cold and flies floating on surface. Inside pool smells of people sweat, the bottom of thr pool has dirt/dust residue and no smell of chlorine to indicate if the pool is regularly disinfected or topped up. Sauna is good when working. Breakfast is good, pastries could be fresher rather then packets products. The hotels was very noisy witg kids playing outside till very late in the evening (23:30) with out of control behaviour."
