Property needs to be updated. Toilet had issues flushing, room wasn’t the cleanest but the bed was fine.

The property charged me twice for the extend of 2days. The property didn't responded to travel agency and double charged for 2days.

Local to family, customer service very friendly. Long time to get hot water to 3rd floor. Smell of smoke in the room.
