Lovely location and staff very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the heat in our bathroom ( it was frigid) did not work and was not fixed when we brought it to Eric’s attention.
Additionally, there was no ice at all.
Our booked room was not available and we were given a better room, but had to pay an upgrade charge.

I loved this place right away ...
It feels like family as soon as you walk in the door... Just so very accommodating with everything.
Kelsey was amazing when I checked in, along with the man who checked me out.
The breakfast was definitely better than other places I have been too, and the scenery while eating makes it ten times better.
My friend and I were even mentioning going there in the spring time again.

Eric and staff are the absolute best. I did a book signing there and it was the perfect place for it. Clean. You can’t ask for a better ambiance. Absolutely beautiful!

Pro's: clean. great views bright with windows. it was close to plenty of hiking and cross-country skiing.
Cons: the room we were in - needed a new mattress a decade ago. I see they are updating the rooms with sound proofing etc. but the bedding should be a priority. I would have asked to have the room switched if I laid on it earlier when we checked in.
