"A lovely hotel with an old fashioned sense of service. We parked directly outside the hotel and had a lovely welcome from one of the managers who showed us our rooms ( in the annex) - our bags were brought up straight away. It was my birthday so they had upgraded us to a suite with a partial sea view. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with hairdryers and Milton brown toiletries. "We had a very nice 2-day stay in a room on the 1st floor. Luckily a member of staff was available to carry our 2 heavy suitcases up the stairs, as we were surprised to find there was no lift. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice of hot and cold food."
