This hotel should not be open. The rooms were very disgusting. The first room had no working appliances and burn holes in the comforter. The manager would not give us another comforter. We asked to have our room switched the next day. The second room had exposed wires from an outlet that was not installed. The carpet was so dirty that it turned our feet black so we had to wear our shoes the whole time. The manager/general manager that was there in the morning was very rude and did not want to help us in any way. I would like to request a refund or some form of monetary compensation from this business do to the unhealthy and unsanitary conditions of this property. I would like to know what you could do to help me with this process. I have never had an experience at an establishment like this before and I find it very concerning that they are allowed to operate like this with no code enforcement and such dilapidated conditions.

disgusting-prostitute-pot smoking

The check in was not too bad but what got me extremely upset is that the first room that we got when we opened the door, there was a huge amount of pot coming from the room. When my daughter opened the door, she found a woman and a man having sex and smoking pot. I am allergic to pot. the smell upsets my stomach and makes me sick. The maid service never informed management that they were still in the room. Then the room that they resent us to was above two more rooms with pot coming out. The ac was stuck at 83 degrees, we tried everything to cool the room off and it would not go lower then 83. The room was hotter then outside. Due to the horrible smell, the room not being cold, and the incident that we encountered, we left the hotel at 11pm. some of the lamps didnt work, the ice machine was by the pot rooms. I want a refund personally!! Checked in at 3-4 and left at 11pm. I will never stay at this hotel again!! I will again never ever stay here again!! I know that they are fixing the whole place but this was a nightmare of a hotel!!

Steer clear.

Facility was rundown and in poor repair. It also reeked of smoke. The clerk at the front desk was attempting to solicit a $100 cash deposit from each guest in addition to the fees and rates that had already been paid for. Won’t be back, wouldn’t recommend to others.
