"Finding the hotel was a little odd as the main door says “residents only”, so not being a resident but a hotel guest is confusing. We spent another 10 minutes finding another way to get in etc so this could have been avoided with better signage. It would have been nice to have complimentary bottles of water in the fridge and a small carton of milk as well considering this was not what I would call cheap accommodation. "The reception counter is only open for short period. I had the problem with the WiFi from Friday night to Monday morning. They came in Monday morning to fix it. Otherwise, the stay was perfect. "
