We really enjoyed our stay! The accessible room was spacious & comfortable. Everything was low and easy to reach. My only complaint was that the closet bar was too high & I was unable to use it to hang my coat.

Upon arrival you're met with a locked gate you have to pay to even check in- no turn around option. They dont have a shuttle, its just public transportation. A map of the transit for ART would have been nice- "its stops infront" with no other info wasnt helpful.

I did like that you couldn’t go up unless you had your key. Gave me peace of mind. But someone had smoked cigarettes and the elevator smelled like it. I wasn’t a fan of the shower. Could adjust where the water dropped cause it was so high. Also we stayed in the 5th floor and smelled like weed . Staff was nice. I did however dislike that the cleaning staff ignored our door sign & went in while we were gone.

The hotel service was great no complaints. The club level complimentary goodies is a plus Pool was clean and nice. Our room was clean no issues, just the mini fridge is definetly a mini fridge . Wish it had been a bit bigger we stayed almost a week. Also the parking fee was not necessary, the fact we paid a hotel parking fee, and still had to pay for shuttle service was not ok. I did my math after the savings i thought we were makimg, it had been more wise to stay closer to a hotel where the parking lots are located to get shuttled from their . The shuttle service offered was wirh ars , and it was not pleasant. Took too long, late nights after disney was ridiculous, it was like black friday back in the day trying to secure your spot on the shuttle , caring a 4 year old asleep, was not fun. On last day we paid parking at the lot , and wow . Great experience . Not the hotels fault, but they should consider , since they charge for parki.g . Also mot sure whats the purpose of charging for parking, if its not even valet, and not a closed parking lot structure. ...
