This was by far the worst experience. The staff at the arcade has zero customer service. Our room wasn't ready, and the TV wasn't working. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told they would call my room. No one called back.

What i didnt like was I thought i had paid all my travel fees months ago instead there was a $40 a night resort fee and a $36 a day parking fee. An extra $400 i hadnt planned on
