Staff was nice, area is perfect but hotel amenities are just ok.

Staff were great. The problem I have was that I book a double queen room and was given a king room with a sofa sleep. Nick was great with what had happen. He did his best as there was no more room for what I booked. He had it up with not charging me for the parking fee. Thank you Nick.

Disturbance from the elevator. Neighbors, if they open their doors, I have the door roaring, there's toothpaste, no fireplace.
