I booked a non-smoking room, and was put in a smoking room. My father has asthma, and was up all night with fits. The room itself was DISGUSTING. We had been diving all day, and just needed a place to sleep. I googled reviews, and they seemed pretty good. I was extremely unsatisfied.

Checking in was quick and easy. There were plenty of parking spaces. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The room was OK but not for a wheelchair. Furniture in the way for movement, Shower 6' tall and unreachable; switches not accessible to wheelchair; Door inconvenient; Lobby door not accessible. Cars parked in front of ramps to sidewalk; Handicapped parking did not have access to sidewalks; Breakfast very miniminal Gluten free not! beverage OJ. Nothing my husband could eat. Room next door noisy--walls thin. walk in Shower good but not able to use because of the neight. Toilet good with grab bars. Door swing in the way of the wheelchair. Bed comfortable and linens great. Window clouded over with AC on. From the wheelchair you couldn't open door, change heat/cooling; turn on lights, open refrigerator, but size was great
