"The service both before and during the trip was brilliant. Everyone was so helpful. The location is great, a few minutes to the harbour one way or a few minutes to downtown Reykjavik the other. Would have loved an opening window in the bedroom for some air but appreciate that's not an easy fix. If we were to return to Reykjavik we'd definitely stay here again. "

"The introductory email was confusing. The email stated our room number was the code to get into the building. But that wasn't true. The first number listed was the code to the apartment, not the building. The building code number was at the bottom of the email not stating what it was for. Also, the numbers did not have # after all the codes that needed a #. It was frustrating. The apartment was neat and clean. But I could not stay there for more than a day or so. "I booked our property on a whim and found out it was ON rainbow Row! How cool! It was so convenient. The view of the cathedral was epic. We were so tired, but sleeping was difficult because the foyer light never went off, we could never find the switch. And, the noise from the road and people coming out of the bars went on until 5:30 am😳"
