This pension is not at all what we expected. Whoever they have photoshop their pictures is very talented. The rooms are very small and not family friendly. There is a loft area above with wooden beams that a toddler could easily fall through. My husband had to stay with my toddler 24/7 just to make sure he was safe. The room was not very clean and it appeared they use “management“ as their maids. The managers/maids had a hangout room near our parking space that smelled of smoke. I will say they were very accommodating and answered to all our requests. This pension was very disappointing. Stay somewhere else if you are looking for a clean, family-friendly hotel!

Attention to Detail w/an Ocean View & Coffee
Posted 26 Feb 2018 on OrbitzWe stayed at this lovely pension on the coast during the 2018 Pyeongchang Olympics. Had it not been February, it would have been absolutely delightful! The pension is above a modern cafe offering a wide selection of coffee/tea and desserts (we received complimentary coffee the next morning). The suite had a private room with double bed (this was a western-sized bed, but standard firmness for Asia) w/full bath (toiletries provided) and a vanity w/mirror & hairdryer. The loft upstairs had a full bed (Asian floor bed) that suited our 8 & 10 year olds. I don't recommend leaving smaller children unattended in the loft because of the steepness of the stairwell. There was a 2nd full bath downstairs and a kitchenette with water kettle, refrigerator/freezer, stovetop, rice cooker and dishes. We did not have time to utilize the private pool indoors to the great disappointment of our children. There is a picnic table on a fairly spacious balcony that overlooks the gorgeous ocean directly across the road. The oceanviews from the suite were unencumbered and splendid. The pension sits at the quiet end of a road containing cafes and small restaurants within walking distance. Downtown Gangneung is located about a 15-minute drive away with several little marts and farmers' stands along the way. With the exception of the firmness of the bed, we were pleasantly surprised at the attention to detail and all the amenities provided. Our only regret was that it wasn't summer (aircon available too)!

금액에 비해 못한 방컨디션
윗층에 소음이 심합니다
밤12시까지도 윗방에 스파사용소리도 굉장했고
발소리며 말소리까지 아주 심했네요

사장님도 친절하시고, 객실내 풀도 괜찮았습니다. 다만 층간 소음때문에 편히 쉬지못하고 스트레스를 많이 받게된 부분이 아쉽네요. 객실바닥 자재가 딱딱한 소재인데다가 윗층에서 탁자, 의자등을 이쪽 끝에서 저쪽끝까지 왔다갔다...드르르르르~~~ 쿵쾅쿵쾅~~~ 탕탕탕~~~ ㅠㅠ
밤늦은시각까지~~ 저희 첫날 여행은 완전 실패로 돌아간 하루였네요. ㅠㅠ

힐링하고 왔어요

조용한 해변에서 힐링하고 왔네요.
다만 화장실 냄새가 좀 심해서 불편했어요.
또한 자쿠지가 커서 물 받는 시간이 많이 걸리고,
날씨가 너무너무 추운지라 뜨거운 물이 계속 나와도 금방 미지근해 지더라구요~

문제가 되는 객실 화장실냄새 다시 점검해서 다른
분들에게 불편하지 않도록 조치 취하겠습나다.
자쿠지 온수는 체크인 할때 온수 물 받는 요령을 알려드렸는데요.. 이번 혹한기 너무 추워서. 뜨거운 물이 식는가 봅니다. ㅠ.ㅠ 다음 보수 공사 할때 이점 고민하고 다음번에 편희 쉬어갈수 있는 풀빌라 케이 팬션이 되도록 최선을 다하며 긴장의 끊을 놓지 않겠습니다.
