"We choose the hotel as the outside areas looked spacious and also it appeared to have nice areas inside to use, including a restaurant. On arrival, we discovered the reality did not match the pictures. The hotel is basic, and the staff are friendly and that in itself is ok - the problem is you think you're getting somewhere more swish as the hotel has put up several images of areas that do not exist. "This is a quirky adult only hotel. The building is dated and the rooms were pretty small. No refrigerators in the rooms, which was a challenge for me as I have medication that needs to be kept cold. I had to request ice from the bar twice a day, but they did accommodate my requests. We paid for two meals a day to be included with our reservation and the food was very good, though you have to pay extra for most beverages. The pool area was clean and aesthetically pleasing. "Next door Tika bar was very loud until 7am every night made worse by some guy shouting outside it all the time. We complained and got a room change opposite side of the hotel but still heard the same guy for our 4 night's shouting and waking us up, so we had very little sleep. Gym was very tired dumbbells jumped from 17.5kg to 50kg nothing in between plus no aircon so it was crazy hot inside. The aircon wasn't working in the corridors outside the rooms either. "Hotel familiar bastante anticuado pero por lo general bien en todos los aspectos,cerca de la playa, quizá lo peor es conseguir coger el ascensor ya que solo hay tres y creo recordar que son 10 plantas a 22 habitaciones cada una al igual que las colas para entrar al comedor."

"This is a small hotel, on the beach front with an excellent help your self buffet restaurant. Staff were welcoming, very friendly. Room was basic but bed comfortable, ample supplies including water. A mini bar was available but with a nice coffee bar available downstairs not necessary. A band played in the bar in the evening but finished earlier enough not to disturb our sleep. "Prooerty was very clean/friendly/good location for beach and bus to Gandia for shopping and site seeing. Plenty bars/cafes cliseby and walks around beach. Swimming pool to chill at hotel and nearby entertainment if desired."

"Very communicative, friendly and helpful customer service. Great location and very comfortable apartments with everything you need for your stay. We really liked their 24 check in, and having a spot to park the car in a covered garage, and very close to the building's entrance. Also, we were walking distance to a variety of places to eat, and the beach."

"It was a 2 bedroom family accommodation. Pros, good location and two full bathrooms. Cons, heater didn't work, no coffee machine and we weren't advised that there were no towels.... As it was low season, contacting someone in person was not easy. Apartment was recently renovated so it was nice."

Smart and comfortable stay in North Beach

"Enjoyed a 5 day this smart modern hotel; staff very helpful and efficient in lobby and in the large buffet dining room. Very clean rooms and super comfortable beds gave a good rest & aircon was good. There’s ample street parking just outside (€12/night garage parking offered seemed excessive, especially for a motorbike, but neighbourhood seemed safe enough so we went with the roadside ) as well as a bus stop opposite. But we found it easy to walk everywhere in Gandia from here. The mini fridge was appreciated for keeping water chilled in our room. "
