"I didn’t realise it was not close to any shopping areas and it was frustrating that so many functions are held each day. So each day you’re sharing space with guests attending functions. So limited access to gym, restaurants (you need to be at breakfast by 8am before it’s filled up). During breakfast, proper cutlery such as knives are not given which is annoying and then wait for staff to get all cutlery. It should be all set on the tables. "

"Convenient location as right near the alpha mall. Service was good. Check in was quick. Rooms were definately not 5*. We had two rooms. 1615 had a leaning side table made from marble. I mean how ia that even possible. Breakfast was lush but service could have been quicker and more effecient. Would atay again due to location. "
