Before talking to the resort itself, I would like to quote the Evexia philosophy, "Disconnect to Re-Connect”. This statement fits Evexia in all aspects. The beach, at an acceptable 5 minute walk away is an absolute paradise. White pristine sand, turquoise blue water. The resort and surroundings give the feeling of a beautiful floral paradise. The quaint pool area is clean & offers a place to relax. The young resort is nice and constantly evolving with new innovations. The food is exceptional! Although there is a menu the Chef & staff are always excited to fulfill special requests. For those looking for wellness, here is no disappointment. The wellness staff are trained & experienced to guarantee an exceptional wellness experience. The best massages ever! The Amenities & complimentary toiletries are natural & environmentally friendly. No single use plastics. Complimentary coffee or tea in the rooms is guaranteed to give the morning a kick start. Evexia has a small souvenir shop which was being built up. The Evexia staff is second to none. Friendly attentative, utmost attention to details. Questions or perceived inconsistencies are handled in a professional positive manner. Theres standard bikes for travelling the beautiful islands. E-Bikes available for a small daily fee. Surrounding Evexia is all needed while disconnected. Coffee, restaurants, Barber Salons, Drug & clothing shops. Local folk friendly. Lijo, my hat off to you, it was a pleasure. See you real soon! Mama & Papa

Positiv: - wunderschöner Stand - sehr saubere Zimmer - schöner Aussenpool - mehrheitlich sehr zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter - Essen gut (ausgenommen Frühstück) Negativ: - obwohl auf der ebookersseite mehrmals darauf hingewiesen wird, dass das hotel nur für erwachsene ist, waren viele kinder da - die zimmer sind extrem ringhörig und man konnte dadurch jeden nachbaren hören - in den zimmern findet sich zuwenig stauraum für kleider etc - frühstück wird ab 7 uhr abgegeben, ist aber erst ca ab 8 uhr komplett verfügbar - frühstücksangebot eher spärlich und, dafür dass das resort als Yoga und wellness angepriesen ist, ist das frühstücksangebot auch eher "unpassend", da zuwenig "gesunde" lebensmittel, praktisch keine Früchte etc - wir wurden von hotel fälschlicherweise als halbpension vermerkt, und als wir sie auf den fehler hinwiesen, erhielten wir umgehend rechnungen für vorausgegangene abendessen (eine rechnung wurde uns erlassen auf unsere beschwerde hin) - die abendessen werden mit 37 Dollar pro person verrechnet, wir wurden vom personal darauf hingewiesen, dass wir keine ausweichmöglichkeiten für das abendessen hätten, obwohl ein restaurant in 5 gehminuten erreichbar war für ca 7 dollar pro person - am strand fanden sich nur 4 stühle (für ca 20 zimmer) - auf der ebookersseite werden fahrräder und ein fitness beworben, welche aber noch nicht zur verfügung standen, da das resort frisch eröffnet hatte - gesamteindruck eher ein wenig "abzocke"

I really appreciate your positive feedback on room cleanliness and surroundings and friendliness of our staff. Thank you for your constructive feedback and we will address this issue with immediate effect to rectify and also let me please clarify few points addressed. We are not an adult only hotel and we will address this issue with our partners to get this rectified. Thank you for the feedback on breakfast and will look at this and make changes with immediate effect. Please note as an island away from main city, we provide all available fruits at the local island on daily breakfast buffet as we prefer to have fresh fruits available. Regarding your comments on Half Board, please accept our apologies once again and as I have been informed on the same issue, the charges has been reversed with immediate effect and I apologized to you personally for this. USD 35 was a special dinner on Christmas evening and our guests can upgrade to Half Board at hotel reception at USD 15.00 per person. Our fitness centre has been delayed due to unfavourable weather issues with ships to sail to the island and is being setting up and available in next 7 days and we do have bicycles available as option of non electric and electric bicycles even during your stay and I have briefed all our staff about the available facilities surrounding our hotel and I apologize for the miscommunication from our staff on facilities around our hotel. I am sorry to hear that you feel the stay was a "rip off", I am happy to invite you back for a stay or a complete refund of your accommodation charges since we do believe pure hospitality and its a failure of us to have any of our guests to feeling of "rip off".
