The lobby failed to communicate we needed to ask for sheets and towels during check in, so when I arrived at the apartment I freaked out for a moment. "Hotel esta abandonado, cama desconfortavel, ar condicionado nao funciona, roupa de cama tinha marcas de maquiagem, tive que ir no shopping comprar fronha de travesseiro e toalhas, chuveiro ruim, cafe da manha e pessimo pior que ja vi, de pao dormido, frutas passadas, com suco de pozinho (nao e natural) e nao tinha agua nem suco um dia... Duas coisas boas eh a localizacao pe na areia e o bar da piscina(que estava bem suja)!!!"

"This hotel is in front of Praia do Peró, next to Praia do Conchas. Words fall short to say that they are beautiful and incredible. In the mornings you can go for a walk or run on the beach. The hotel is beautiful, the food is exquisite. We went to celebrate our birthday, and we were surprised that they noted the date of birth in our passports, because at breakfast they sang Happy Birthday to us and made all the Brazilians who were staying sing and they did it with great pleasure. And they gave us a cake that we loved. There are also gluten-free options. What a beautiful hotel... the room was very comfortable. I'm going back to Cabo Frio... and this hotel made us feel at home."
