"Very nice spacious room. Restaurant food was really good with a veried menu. Very large portions. All the staff my daughter and I interacted with were friendly and helpful. "We liked the hotels lobby and common areas were huge and modern.. the staff was friendly and helpful when we need anything .. Our room needed more dusting but everything else looked clean and the beds were really comfortable.. rooms are spacious.. Laundry was unconventionally so far .. but free which was nice (as we are traveling for 3 weeks) We loved Galway and your hotel "

"Check in was flawless, welcomed by the floor staff, receptionist, and given a lovely welcome drink, truly enjoyed. Asked for a late check in and the receptionist was so accommodating and just lovely to us. Called then to get breakfast in bed for 11am and it was delivered bang on time and lovely and hot. Top marks!!"

"Stayed here for a short stay. Beautiful room felt newly renovated. Also had late night room service which was a plus. Extremely close to Quay Street. Parking was cheap enough and convenient. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone needing a stay in Galway"
