Our stay here was dantastic. The location was oerfect for sightseeing, food, and nightlife.
It is loud at night due to the nightlife in the area, but we expected that.

You are right in the middle of a lot of action at this hotel! Made it so easy to explore. Parking is at the garage a few buildings down, but it was easy. Highly recommend!!

PERFECT location if your looking for easy shopping and dining options. Relaxed nightlife on Quay street just steps out the door.

Disappointing.
Posted 10 Aug 2024 on HotelsThis hotel was one of the biggest disappointments in our 4 week trip in the British Isles. It is located on a very busy and loud walking street, making it difficult to access and loud outside until around 3 am. The elevator smelled, the coffee maker leaked and didn’t work and the shower water pressure was non existent. The room was over $300 Euros per night - too expensive for its shortfalls.

Dear Stanley Thank you for your review, we are sorry to see the hotel was not a right fit for you but we hope you at least got to enjoy Galway city life , Galway is a beautiful city and we are located right in the middle of all this hustle and bustle as we say on website , I am sorry to hear of your inconvenience with the elevator smelling ? as we keep all areas of high standard daily , so I will keep a eye on this , thank you for pointing this matter out . Our coffee machines can be tricky if the tank is not inserted correctly , it will leak , this is why you will have noticed we have instructions in all rooms to help our guests and we are always happy to help you here at reception at any time .Thank you kindly Kind Regards Jasmin
