Good! Nice restaurant in the lobby, receptionist very helpful close to downtown

Plenty of available parking. Not far from city center. Pizza was available after 9pm. A good base to visit the surrounding attractions from!

The property is old and certainly not environmentally friendly. The washroom could use upgrades to the flushing system to save water. Overall room was larger than other hotel we stayed in Ireland. The hotel is a bit far from downtown area

Sorry to see there were issues and indeed you are correct regarding our older rooms however we are refurbishing rooms a fast rate with 80 complete since last October and starting more again soon. The new rooms are really super with modern flushing system and air conditioning also. We are sorry that we did not effectively communicate the many sustainable initiatives that we have ongoing and they can be viewed on our website on theconnacht.ie.
