They did not allow me to check-in due to parking fees. In my booking it says it was included and I showed them about my confirmation. Still, they stubbornly refused that saying, "We don't care from where you booked". You either pay the parking fees to us or we will not allow you to check-in. I need a FULL compensation of this with the horrible experience that we encountered. Please note, I went there with my family and kids and they are all traumatized.

We arrived a little past midnight and the security guard was very helpful. We got to our condo and immediately realized that the photos on Expedia were from a remodeled unit. Ours was not updated! A few minutes after arriving, the security guard knocked on our door and asked to see our reservation. Apparently the condo was double booked and the other guest had just arrived. Good thing we weren't a few minutes later in arriving or we might not have had a place to stay! The property is not updated, with holes in the bathroom ceiling and cabinets that are falling apart. The morning we left it was raining and the drain in the parking garage was clogged. We had to load our car in water that was about 8" deep! The location of this property is great, so I don't understand why they wouldn't want to update this property??

Everything was close by. Enjoyed walking to beach and finishing up at swimming pool. Everything close by. Love it. We had a great peaceful vacation.

The location and rooms are fantastic. Pools/hot tubs are excellent. Staff is friendly. The overall condition of the property has seriously deteriorated. Parking is very limited and the set up is cumbersome and not well marked. The buildings are all one gust of wind away from crumbling. The property needs some serious work. I hope the property can put in the work it needs as this property has potential to be a real standout.

The room was very old outdated and musty. The patio is about to break apart. It is very dangerous. Someone could just crash right through it. Overall, our experience was just terrible. The smell had gotten into our luggage and it made our house smell the same way until I could get air sanitizers and wash our bags down The fixtures in the kitchen, were not turn the proper way and some of the cabinets were broken. We really deserve to be refunded every penny of our money back for we live better than this and we expected better for the money we paid.

Rough start, but a nice condo
Posted 20 Aug 2024 on HotelsThe owner of the condo clearly does a great job keeping the interior well maintained - everything was lovely inside the unit. However the building needed care. My husband and I have mobility issues and both elevators that serviced our building were out of order. 4 flights of stairs every time we wanted to go out to the beach or the pool or dinner? That was extremely difficult.
Before we checked in, I messaged the booking people when they sent me the link to the guest app, and let them know that we were driving down late Friday night. They assured me that there would be a security guard at the gate that would provide us access. There wasn't. We drove around the parking lot, trying to identify which building was the right one ( only 2 buildings of 6 or 7 are marked?) and trying to find anyone that could give us a parking tag. There were other guests also trying to find him.
The next day, the rest of the staff were super helpful & friendly, it was just a poor start to our weekend. It might be helpful if you put a map of the property on the guest app, then I could have found where our room was prior to driving around in the middle of the night.
