I liked the location ,,, but only 1 ice machine was working, the elevators were dirty ,, my room the sink was stopped up and I reported it to the front desk however no one came to fix it during my stay ,,, also seen a roach in my room

The bed was comfortable but the pillows weren’t! The room is dated and the bathroom has lots of mold on the ceiling. There were two cockroaches dead on the floor if the bathroom and easy to see!

Unable to cancel due to an emergency, therefore the room was not used.

Had come here for work. The room had no wash rags or hand towels. I had trashes piled up from dinner. Positive, it was easy walk to couple places to eat and the beach.

Hi Kevin:I'm sorry we didn't make the grade this trip. The maids won't typically go to the room unless requested the first (2) days, and they go automatically on day (3). We ae always willing to do a full cleaning of the room when asked on off days. I have no excuse for the room not having enough small towels, but I will most certainly fix that problem. Starting to see wear n tear on the facility. Old elevator. None working Ice machine.
