"Lack of service. They do not need customers from online portals like Expedia. It is more of a AC rooms for wedding guests than a professional hotel. Cheap cutlery in restaurant. In this age as well, they serve tea in a cheap plastic cup. Front desk is unwelcoming. Only thing that they talk is charges/money/ ..."
