"I think management needs to inform staff to be more informative with guest No one told us how to get beach towels, coffee machine did not work, WI FI no info, basically I feel that staff was very helpful once you asked for items. The issue is most hotels provide basic info upfront and have signage to inform guests. Management needs to be better. I feel that the highlight is the beach and that is the only reason I would go back to this hotel."

"Wow. We are on a 2 week road trip through Puglia and Masseria Li Foggi has been our absolutely favourite hotel so far. A stunning place with very spacious, comfortable rooms that cares about every tiny detail. The staff are super kind, the food is delicious (both breakfast and dinner), the property is stylish and effortlessly cool. I will recommend this place to everyone and we will definitely be back! "

After having to find an alternative hotel, I was offered a refund for the first night, along with an apology. At check out, it was also agreed not to charge. When I chased up credit from hotels.com, the hotel confirmed I stayed one less night than planned but refused to credit. Nice!"
