the location is perfect. rooms are clean. great view. breakfast is very successful. employees are caring and smiling

We booked a suite as we had a lot of luggage. At least it was a decent size.
A/C was not working and we were told that they would fix it in 2 hours we never saw them again. No one spoke English so there was no communication at all. Our door wouldn’t lock so we couldn’t go out it took them hours to fix it. Shower head fell off when we tried to have a shower. A lot of mould in the shower. We ate in their restaurant had what was suppose to be lamb chops it was tough old leather. This was the worse meal that we have had in Turkey. Breakfast was included when we went down 1/2 before they closed there was no food left. No one asked if there was something they could get us we were just ignored. Ate a small bread roll with butter and honey the butter was bad, so we never had another meal in the hotel again. I could go on for pages about the lack of customer service . I have never written a bad review before, but I just had to tell people what they would be in for if they stayed in this hotel. It apparently has a rating of 8.7 it must be from their family.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry for your bad experince in our hotel. We tried to investigate but couldn't find any costumer whose name or surname is Lorraine. We have a very effective maintenance system and schedule. There isn't any mould in any shower in our hotel and never was. Because of high number of costumers, in some cases our staff can not notice the lack of food rarely.
If you had asked or notified our staff, they would handle. From our point of view, the main problem which caused your dissatisfaction is lack of communication. We are very sorry that there wasn't any person who knows english in our staff when you stayed in our hotel. But we hired people who can speak English fluently. Additionally we don't tell anyone to rate, all of the ratings and comments are from our costumers. We will be glad to host you again and fix our mistake.

Pros: the view, the room.
Cons: cleanliness
Location: sightseeing, museums
The room was nice, comfortable. Bed sheets were not that white and clean, bathroom was not that clean either.

Pros: balcony, service
Location: A newly developed but popular area, a few kilometers from the old city center and port. Easy access by car. Plentiful parking.
Well appointed rooms with balcony and sea view. Despite very early check-out on our part, hotel staff provided breakfast for us. Very nice service. Overall, great experience at reasonable price.

Posted 31 May 2024 on HotelsPersonal sehr höflich und die Lage ist Top, aber ein paar Kritikpunkte hätte ich noch.
Klima Anlage Funktioniert nicht.
Zimmer ist heruntergekommen.
Kissen hatten Brandlöcher.
Wenn man auf der Durchreise ist es akzeptabel aber für längere Aufenthalt würde ich es nicht empfehlen.

Aufgrund Ihrer Beschwerden konnten wir bei unseren Inspektionen keine Probleme mit den Kissen feststellen. Wir haben die Klimasysteme getestet und sie funktionieren. Es tut uns sehr leid, dass Sie eine solche Erfahrung gemacht haben.
