The drain was slow in the bathtub.

When taking a shower the tub did not drain along with the shower rack being broken. No locks on the windows is a big safety concern. Hardly any towels in the room. Pillows were hard as a rock.

We take noise violations seriously to ensure all guests enjoy a peaceful environment, and we encourage all visitors to be mindful of others.Additionally, we noticed that the sheets in your room were damaged, and the window knob was broken. These were unfortunate incidents that we have to address, as it disrupts the comfort of future guests. Moreover, although your reservation was for two guests, we accommodated three individuals without charging extra, which we hope you appreciated.We strive to provide a pleasant experience for all of our guests and, while we understand that some aspects of your stay were unsatisfactory, we’d love to continue improving based on your suggestions.

2nd time weve stayed here 1st time was excellent. Sad to say this year not as pleased. Didnt get our room cleaned (5day stay) when we asked they said they didnt even have us registered. Cleaned room next day but locked us out.

Good Galesburg hotel. Some minor things need to be fixed but you can tell the staff take pride and care. Not the most convenient area if you want to be downtown, but has lots of amenities nearby.
