This is one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed. The service was first rate. The views were spectacular. We loved the proximity to the charming little town of Gaiole. Just an absolutely wonderful romantic stay for our honeymoon!. We plan to return next year.

Unbelievable hotel. The grounds are beautiful and amenities are some of the best around. The breakfast is the best we’ve ever had at any hotel. The spa access was also a very nice added touch. Cleaning service and staff were outstanding, the best we’ve ever received. Would 100% come back and recommend.

This property was absolutely beautiful with beautiful views while eating on the terrace or swimming in the infinity pool. Old charm with modern amenities. Loved staying here.

The property is in a beautiful spot of Tuscany. Not much around it, u need to drive 15 min to find restaurants. However the view is scenic, rooms are clean. Staff needs to smile, specially the restaurant and bar. The food that the hotel is just ok, the staff not friendly, they counted 12 euros for one scoop of ice cream and when we double checked they said it was correct! For a 5 star hotel they need to work on the food (we didn’t try their Michelin restaurant), their breakfast bar, their bar and staff!

Superb time, first time in Chianti and enjoyed it thoroughly. The hotel is incredibly relaxing and a respite, located in a beautiful area that I could stay in for weeks. Incredible views, space to run and cycle nearby.

The resort was beautiful. The only complaint I have is the lack of service by the pool…nobody comes by to ask if you need any water or anything. Also, for a 5* resort you would think water would be free…you have to pay for water.

Beautiful, authentically Italian property. Michelin star restaurant at the hotel. Very quiet and lovely staff. Perfect get away for a couple or family looking to relax by the pool and enjoy the countryside. Some room for improvement: - beds and mattresses. Not that comfy. I could feel my husband’s every toss and turn. - no food after 9pm and you cannot walk anywhere

This hotel, spa and vineyard is incredible. The grounds are stunning and the views of Tuscany - simply beautiful. The food is amazing and delicious. The staff - remarkable and so kind. I would definitely recommend if coming to Tuscany and want to visit the Chianti region, this is where to stay and dine. I will be back. Amazing.
