Staff trying to break into rooms at 10 pm waking people up. Staff not friendly at all. Breakfast is a muffin.

The breakfast didn’t provide adequate selections. The ac vents were moldy. The hallways had a strong smell of cigarettes and odors.

The curtains had a large amount of blood on them. The dehumidifier had not been emptied and it was full of mold. The air filter in the A/C unit looked like it had never been changed.

It was clean and comfortable. The ac system worked way better than the first place I stayed. Our stay was due to bereavement and when we called the staff would not offer any discounts and offered no condolences. Room was on the 3rd floor so the lack of elevator was challenging. Sound traveled very easily but there weren’t a lot of people. Even though it is a smoke free place the first night 2-3am the room filled with cigarette and pot smoke from the restroom vent. The complimentary breakfast food was awful the juice and coffee were the only good thing.There was a huge fight that broke out with the staff the day we checked out. The fight went inside, outside and back inside again so it was a bit scary especially since I had a young child with me.

I stayed for four nights and requested the hotel staff to change the bedsheets after two nights. Even after repeated requests they failed to do so, after the third night even the flat sheet was removed. Slept only on the fitted sheet for the fourth night, to our horror the sheet that is placed between the blanket and bed sheet was also not there. Breakfast is very average (no eggs or milk).

Property was a little dated and could use a facelift. Nice quiet neighborhood. Didn’t look for any restaurants in the neighborhood.
