This is a creepy place . My door card readwr Was missing and the guess attendant made iit look like it was a not big deal

I will never use them again, i didnt have a remote to the room i was given, when i went to the service desk to find out about it the person at the desk told me the manager was coming to bring it i got there at 330 pm and didnt get the remote until 11 pm , and i was charged an additional money for i have no idea for so the rooms where not what they said it was , i end up paying more the what was said so im pissed about the whole deal.......

Pool was not available very dirty, comfoter had cigarette burns, hair dryer didn't work let employee know and he didn't seem concerned
