Dirty floors...my feet were black walking around

Absolutely terrible, dirty AC was so noisy room had a terrible odor and left a bad taste in your mouth . The last straw was having to walk past the drunks sat on the walkway out side the room. God knows what it would be like after dark. We could not stay there and left

I am saddened to know your stay with us was disappointing, Paul. Our maintenance staff will make repairs to the a/c unit so it runs quietly and our housekeeping staff will deodorize the room. The walls, light switches, and counters were dirty, like they hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Brown splattered stains like mud or something. The floors looked like they'd been mopped then walked on by someone with muddy boots. The shower had rust and grout problems. The towels and linens seemed clean, though.
