The building and rooms need alot of work repairing things. For example, our bathroom faucet barely had any water coming out, the room curtain was wrinkled and torn, the air/ heat equipment was too noisy to use, we went down for breakfast and barely any food was available, the drink vending machine didn't work. On the other hand the staff were excellent trying to make up for all the problems. When our taxi didn't show up, the hotel manager made a phone call and got us an Uber ride quickly.

My reservation was cancelled the day before my arrival due to renovations. Totally unacceptable. Will not use Expedia for future reservations based on this experience.

Disaster , first thing they gave me the key to a used room with the trash on it , after I went back to the front desk they gave me another room not clean at all , restroom doom doesn’t close dirty walls , cups not on plastic , just go away look for something different

The room had roaches. Broken flooring all down the hall. We paid for 5 nights and only stayed 1. The lady on duty the next morning said she couldn’t refund my money only the general manager. Still trying to reach him.
