They do not clean your room or make your bed if stzying multiple days. No towel ssrvice. No ice machine. Dryers are in poor condition and dirty. Extremely expensive easher and dryer. Worse than Econo Lodge

We have sticker posted on sink mirror.Last week because of cold weather it got froze so it was not dispensing. Since we are outdoor hotel we can not do anything with cold weather.Again our apologies for inconvenience.

The property is clean. The area around the is fairly nice. The staffs are nice. The location is easy to find.

Do not. Do not waste your time or money. The ceiling in room was falling down from water damage , there was only wires where the smoke detector should have been and the exhaust fan was taped to the ceiling. Was dirty. Rundown. Depressing looking. And this was the second room we got after the first one the door didn’t open.

It’s very dirty. I reserved two rooms. I didn’t go into the room, but my daughter took pictures of the roaches in the room. She said they were also in the microwave. In my room the shower walls and tub were brown with soap scum and looked like they’d not been cleaned in a long time. There were also holes in the shower walls. The sink was new but it had also not been cleaned well if at all. The carpets were so dirty I had to wash my feet before getting into bed because the bottom of my feet were black from walking barefoot in the room. The towels and bedding all looked clean but the bedding smelled like they had soured in the wash. It was better than sleeping outside, but definitely not somewhere I would choose to stay again

Anyway it's not excuse but our apologies to you and we will correct out deficiencies.

This was the worse stay ever. The light in the bathroom didn't work. And the had bugs. Not the place for me. I know for next time.😫
