Overall services are good. Free laundry (4 pcs per day) was a nice touch for my room category Executive Suite. Breakfast buffet has nice spread. The Executive Suite is spacious and beautiful. Highly recommend to book ithis room.

Excellent stay with great staff. Good hotel at a nice location. It seems this is not a part of Jakarta.

Simply Above and beyond. Everything was super clean, staff was quite profesional and we had the best breakfast ever on a hotel ! Will stay again

Beautiful, amazing staff, but windows noisy
Posted 6 Feb 2024 on HotelsAmazing stay, only issue it’s that the windows are totally allowing the noise of the streets to be heard. It’s difficult to sleep. Not sound proofed at all which is a shame. But the rest the hotel it’s beautiful, staff amazing and so kind and helpful. Spacious and clean.

Five stars for the AMAZING (included) breakfast that went above and beyond and ranks up there with the best breakfasts I've experienced anywhere in the world, BUT honestly I can't give more than one or two stars only for the hotel itself. Our room and stay were relatively comfortable, but the five star experience promised by JHL Solitaire Gading Serpong was absent. The room had visible dirt and stains in the corners, particularly in the bathroom, and room-shakingly loud conference music and announcements that began directly above us at 7.30am interrupting restful sleep and making it nearly intolerable to stay in the room for any amount of time. The television displayed black on all channels until I dug behind it to disconnect and reconnect everything. And then after checkout there was a uniformed employee urinating on the side of the hotel in full view of the front entry. Won't be staying here again.

Staffs were helpful throughout different departments and attention to details were spectacular.
Shoutout to check in staff Widya especially when my credit card have some issues.
