Big up to the staff for great service and friendliness. The front desk forgot to pick me up from airport but covered the taxi fare when I got to the hotel. They didn’t have to do that and I appreciate it. I will recommend this place.

Lovely staff, efficient check in and check out and nice sized room. Unfortunately a previous guest had been smoking in the room though and it was a bit smelly.

Some TV channels had no sound. Ask for it to be sorted, but this would only be rectified once we checked out.

The hotel is comfortable and clean - it can get a bit noise from time to time with other guests and the restaurant downstairs - but overall very nice.

The property was not able to find my booking when I arrived at the check-in desk, at approximately 6pm. The property initially wanted me to rebook using their systems and pay again. It's the second time this has happened to me at this particular hotel. After many hours my booking was "found".
